ENS Tokenholders Hand Endowment Control to a Staffed Foundation
The proposal passed with 1.27 million ENS in favor and 480,690 against. Co-founder Alex Van de Sande voted no after decoding the executable, arguing the DAO disappears from the endowment's control chain.
