As a result, Virtue was forced to freeze all borrowing, repayments, deposits, withdrawals, and liquidations, issuing warnings that VUSD was materially under-collateralized. Full Sail and Volo: Affected Yet Cautious

In the wake of the incident, Full Sail, a Sui-based exchange, confirmed that its vaults had suffered losses, prompting an indefinite pause on deposits and withdrawals until the integrity of the oracle system could be restored. Conversely, Volo, another DeFi platform operating on Sui, announced that it was pausing vault deposits and withdrawals as a precautionary measure, although it claimed that user funds remained safe and unaffected.
